1) Our EIFS Warranty starts with a complete EIFS inspection.
2) You contact us directly to schedule the inspection. (Order EIFS Inspection Online)
3) One of our specialists reviews the EIFS inspection. If repairs are necessary to meet warranty requirements, Modern Wall Systems will produce an EIFS inspection report that outlines exactly what will be needed to qualify the property for warranty coverage and guide you through the repair process.
4) After all repairs are completed our inspector will need to re-visit the property and perform a follow-up review of all repairs and sign off on the warranty.
With an EIFS warranty, you can submit a claim to get help from our trained technicians whenever you need a repair. Once a claim is submitted, we will be sure to dispatch technicians to help you with your claim quickly and professionally.*
