How much does an EIFS inspection cost?
Inspections start at $650 for residential properties. Commercial and multi-story properties are quoted based on square footage and access. Submit a request and we'll provide a firm price before scheduling.
How soon can you come out?
We typically schedule within 3–7 business days. Urgent requests — active leaks or pre-closing inspections — are prioritized whenever possible.
Do you serve areas outside Hampton Roads?
Yes. We serve all of Hampton Roads and extend to Richmond, the Northern Neck, and other Virginia areas. Travel fees may apply. Submit your address and we'll confirm coverage.
Can you do both the inspection and the repair?
Yes. Modern Wall Systems handles both. We'll clearly separate the inspection report from repair recommendations so you have independent documentation.
What does a real estate agent need for a transaction?
We provide a written EIFS inspection report with moisture readings, photo documentation, and repair recommendations — everything needed to support a real estate transaction.
