Coprehensive Moisture Analysis
Modern Wall Systems started and continues as a premier moisture analysis and leak investigation company. Exterior inspection or leak investigation, what is the difference? Modern Wall Systems will assess the general condition of the building cladding systems, interaction between materials, standard installation practices, and code compliance.
How do we find leaks?
The leak investigation will encompass numerous tools and thermal imaging to track and trace evidence of water intrusion. These areas can be specific areas of concern or a general issue with high humidity or water damaged areas. Homes and buildings are each unique living environments. These are in-depth and investigative inspections.
Full Exterior Inspection (with moisture analysis)

- 30-45 minute follow-up consultation, if needed
