Getting an Estimate

On-Site Evaluation & Quote
- A trained EIFS specialist visits and evaluates your walls
- Includes a written quote for the work
- Quotes are valid 10–30 days, depending on market and material pricing
- Travel may apply outside Hampton Roads (see below)
Professional EIFS Inspection
- Non-invasive and invasive moisture inspections
- Written technical report with photos and findings
- For home purchases, sales, PICRA items, and moisture problems
- Staged new-install inspections for commercial projects
How Project Pricing Works
Every wall is different, so repair and restoration work is quoted per project as a lump-sum total price. The quote covers labor, materials, equipment, and cleanup for the scope listed. Price depends on:
- Size and access: square footage, wall height, lifts or scaffolding
- Hidden damage: wet or rotted sheathing and framing found behind the EIFS
- Scope: spot repair, crack and joint repair, resurfacing a full elevation, or full re-cladding
- Finish: matching existing texture and color, or repainting to a natural stopping point
- Details: window and door flashing, sealant joints, kick-out flashing, accent bands, trim

For multi-day jobs out of town, mobilization covers transporting the crew, equipment, and materials. It’s always listed on your quote, never added later.
Payment Terms
Smaller Projects
50% deposit to schedule. 50% when the work is complete.
Larger Projects
33% deposit, 33% at the project midpoint, 34% at completion.
Inspections
Inspection fees are paid when the inspection is scheduled.
Your quote states the payment schedule, and every invoice clearly shows what it covers. For real-estate transactions, ask us about options to pay at closing.

Mention your discount when you request a quote. ID may be requested. One discount per project, which can’t be combined with other offers. It applies to repair and restoration project pricing, not to site-visit or inspection fees.
Warranty
Every repair and restoration project includes our 1-year Modern Wall Systems labor warranty, plus the manufacturer’s material warranty (typically 5–7 years, depending on the system and products). Work is managed by MWS and installed by our certified installers.
Common Questions
Can you give me a price over the phone?
We can’t price EIFS repairs accurately without seeing them. Send photos through our quote form for a free photo estimate.
What if you find more damage once the wall is open?
Sometimes there’s rot behind the EIFS that nobody could see beforehand. If we find it, we stop, show you photos, and give you a written change order before doing more work.
How long is my quote good for?
10 to 30 days, depending on material pricing at the time. The exact window is printed on your quote.
Do you work outside Hampton Roads?
Yes, we work across Virginia and on commercial projects beyond. Travel and mobilization are quoted up front.
