All proposals and all prices are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of submittal. After thirty (30) days, Modern Wall Systems reserves the right to revise pricing, scope, and schedule to reflect current material, labor, and market conditions before accepting any work authorization or contract.

Modern Wall Systems is an EIFS inspector and construction manager, while independent third-party contractors perform all trade work. These contractors are responsible for their employees, labor practices, taxes, insurance, benefits, and following all relevant laws and regulations.
